Quick explanation for the martini glass - when I was growing up, my grandmother on my mom's side hosted Thanksgiving at her house. There was lots of good food, family, and great memories. My grandparents were not big drinkers, but they did enjoy their martinis. So, I have fond memories of them making their gin/vermouth martinis with 2 or 3 olives... and that became as much a part of my memories as the veggie trays and lumpy mashed potatoes. Now my grandparents are long gone, but this year I had them just as much in my heart as always, so I had to include an homage to them in this years card which was only sent to those who remember them too - my family.
