Patio update....

Yep, I wasn't online all weekend (sorry!), but that's because I spent another glorious *cough* weekend running around getting things for this patio we're building.

First, thanks for asking, Chris Scrappin and Stampin in Texas ! You're the reason I'm posting an update! LOL

Okay, so it's coming along....slowly but surely. We've got a lot of retaining wall being put up, so it is slow going, and we're almost out of blocks/bricks/sand...we're ALL out of the semi's worth of gravel. AND they're only about halfway finished! AHH!!! Yep, we've got a very sizable job going, so thank GOODNESS for landscapers, or it would never be done! The part I play in the process is running around buying beer, water, pop etc for them... buying lunch for them... and running to Home Depot or wherever to buy whatever else comes up. Then it's driving one person one place, driving trucks somewhere else... and then try to keep up with the house and my 6-year-old. Yeah, a bit of trouble will be worth the end result, so I'm not complaining at all! I could have to be the person out there digging and building! lol

I'm guessing that we're gonna need at least 1 more weekend to get it done, hopefully not more, but we'll see. I'll have to share the before/after pics when it's done. You'll be amazed at the transformation!
